Frequently Asked Questions about storage containers

  1. Delivery of Container
    The container can only be delivered to LEVEL ground. Under no circumstances can the container be left on the footpath or public roadway. The container MUST be placed on your property.

  2. Is your facility secure?
    Fully alarmed security warehouse. Your containers are stacked inside.

  3. Can you offer insurance?
    Insurance is available against fire and theft whilst your goods are stored at our premises. Insurance costs $0.50 per $1000 of value per week.
    E.G. $20,000 value = $10 per week

  4. Can I access my belongings whilst they are in storage?
    We require 24 hours notice to lift the container out of the warehouse and a lift fee of $50 applies.
